Welcome to Chichester Walkers
Chichester walkers has been running since 1991 and is a voluntary group. Our walks cover the West Sussex area and the South Downs, the coastal areas around Bosham and Chichester Harbour, up to Duncton and Petworth further north.
We can now lead walks without a limit on the number of people, unless the leader wants to restrict numbers on the walk. This will be for them to decide and details will be posted on that walk. Details will appear on Next walk page but we can’t just have anyone turning up – details are sent via email and you need to confirm with the leader that you have a place on our walk. This is the website of a local, voluntary walking group, based around Chichester, West Sussex and all walks are organised by the members.
Walks tend to be every 2 weeks – they start at 11am (and finish about 1pm) and are mainly in the West Sussex area. Nearly all our walks are circular, start at the pub and end at the pub where the members enjoy a lunch. Walks are between 4 and 5 miles.
